Access to platform functionality does not itself constitute the provision of a bank account, payment account, acquiring service or electronic money service by AQPAY LTD.
Technical domain
aqpay.co is the technical platform and infrastructure domain for AQPAY. It is separate from AQPAY corporate and commercial web properties. Publication of documentation or portal links does not create a regulated payment service by itself.
Merchant and partner responsibilities
Users of the platform remain responsible for:
- Lawful use of the platform and connected services
- Accurate onboarding and configuration information
- Approved websites, domains and technical environments
- Credential protection and secure integration practices
- Compliance with applicable law, card scheme and provider rules
- Meeting contractual obligations under separate agreements
